Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Receive and check incoming product shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Label all products accurately in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
- Fulfill customer orders with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain an organized and accurate inventory system.
- Communicate effectively with the Fulfillment Lead and Manager regarding inventory levels and replenishment needs.
- Assist in regular inventory audits and checks.
- Ensure the workspace is clean and organized at all times.
- Adhere to all company procedures and compliance regulations.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional certification in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
Experience:
- Experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is advantageous but not required.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and systems.
Legal Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age.
