- Your main tasks will include personnel development and recruiting
- You will work with us to develop the new KTR personnel development concept and will be responsible for its implementation
- You will organize training measures such as workshops, further education courses, and coaching sessions, and will take care of the preparation and follow-up
- You will initiate recruiting activities and will be responsible for their execution
