The HCA Healthcare StaRN Residency Program is a comprehensive year-long initiative aimed at providing you with practical experience to develop crucial clinical and critical thinking abilities. As a Graduate Nurse Resident, you will benefit from a supportive environment of nurse educators, seasoned nurses, and peers, fostering growth, clinical application, and socialization as you transition from student nurse to registered nurse.

The StaRN Residency Program at Centerpoint Medical Center equips you with the necessary tools for success in today's healthcare setting. This paid program facilitates your transition from the classroom through a structured series of learning opportunities, including:

The RN Resident at the medical center delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in line with departmental requirements and nursing standards. Collaborating with the care team, the RN Resident offers personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care through established nursing practices.
