The Position:

As a
Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our client, the number one in the German gas station market, you will be responsible for providing competent advice to our customers.

As part of your job, we will train you through trainings and further coaching in
home office.

Working hours are
Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

March 2024

Your tasks

You are the contact person for our customers in the B2B and B2C sector
Telephone and written processing in the areas of customer service, website support, and security
You are responsible for the accurate documentation of customer contacts and all relevant information in a database
