The Ludgerus Clinics Münster GmbH is part of the Alexianer network in Germany and includes the Clemens Hospital and the Raphaels Clinic in Münster.

The facilities are academic teaching hospitals of the University of Münster and academic teaching hospitals for nursing at the FOM University.

In addition, two medical practices are also affiliated.

In total, more than 2,000 employees are employed and over patients are treated annually on an inpatient or outpatient basis.

We are looking for you for the Clemens Hospital Münster as Chief Physician Secretary in the Department of Internal Medicine, starting at the earliest possible date, in full-time or part-time (at least 75%).

Your main tasks:

Close cooperation with the Chief Physician/Medical Director, assumption of general secretarial tasks, electronic file and appointment management including appointment coordination Function as a contact person for internal and external contacts, both for the Department of Internal Medicine, Hematology, Oncology and Palliative Medicine, as well as for the Münster Alliance against Cancer (MAgKS) Reliable organization and execution of consultations and conferences Preparation and processing of patient documents and correspondence with payers as well as medical and non-medical colleagues Performance of diagnostic measures, e.g.
