    Commercial Roofing Sales Representative with Insurance Experience

    Headquartered in Columbus, OH Lifetime has opened several new branches over the last 3 years and has established a national footprint.

    LQR serves both residential and commercial property owner's roofing and solar needs.

    Due to rapid expansion and promotion from within, Lifetime is looking for a Commercial Insurance Rep and future leader to help continue its explosion of growth

    Commercial Sales Representative


    Reporting to Branch Leadership, The Commercial Roofing Sales Representative is responsible for driving the sales of roofing products and services to commercial customers.

    This position requires knowledge of the roofing industry and excellent customer service skills.

    The successful candidate will be organized, have a clean driving record, and have experience in commercial roofing sales with a strong knowledge of insurance claims.


    Responsibilities:
    Engage with property owners to educate them about our roofing services, and assess roofing needs, and recommend appropriate products.
    Develop and maintain an active pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.

    Inspect commercial roofs with strong knowledge in dealing with insurance companies to identify storm damage and assess the extent of repairs needed.

    Provide consultative roofing and insurance restoration knowledge, guiding customers through to the final signed contract.
    Prepare and present comprehensive proposals outlining recommended repairs and restoration services to homeowners.
    Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders involved in the restoration process.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.


    Experience:
    3+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales.
    Excellent customer service skills.
    Strong organizational skills.
    Clean driving record.
    Ability to travel as needed (25%).
    Strong understanding of insurance claims.

    Requirements:
    Must be legally allowed to work in the United States.
    Must pass a background check.
    Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
    Must be able to travel
    Must be willing and able to climb a ladder and complete a roof inspection.
    Must have evening and weekend availability. This is not a 9-5 position.
