At Roots, PA, we are expanding our overall range of home care services with our new online shop and taking another step towards making care easier to live with.

The shop will offer a wide range of care aids, hygiene and wellness products, and we are looking for a motivated support for our customer service team.

Do you enjoy talking on the phone and advising customers? Do you want to work for a company with a social impact? Then you've come to the right place


What to expect:

  • Responding to all inquiries and solving challenges for our customers via email and phone within the online shop
  • Proactively and empathetically advising customers on product questions
  • Processing complaints and returns
  • Recording and maintaining customer data
  • Collaborating with other departments, particularly to ensure customer needs are met
  • Actively shaping (new) processes to maintain high customer satisfaction
  • If needed: supporting our inside sales team

What you bring:

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Practical experience in customer support ideally in an ecommerce environment
  • Confident in communicating with customers via phone and in writing
  • Interest in topics related to care and hygiene
  • Solid technical understanding and good PC skills (MS Office; Salesforce is a plus)
  • Independent, thorough, and reliable work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills in German
