Your tasks

  • You will bring your enthusiasm and ideas to the Quality Assurance/Support department as the central first point of contact for our customers
  • You will support our customers in the First-Level-Support and answer their questions about the functionality of our product range in a competent and friendly manner
  • You will organize all necessary information in a clear manner and establish contact with the responsible development team in case of complex questions
  • You will thoroughly prepare functional tests for our software components and check the business and technical aspects during execution
  • You will document all processes clearly and optimize our internal validation processes
