Stage Manager - Quixote North Valley

Responsibilities:


  • Project management. Responsible for project logistics before, during, and after.
  • Act as primary contact and liaison between Quixote and clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients throughout all touchpoints.
  • Review call sheet to familiarize yourself with the incoming clients for each stage.
  • Open, close, flip, and maintain stages.
  • Equipment assistance, fulfillment, and management.
  • Rental record processing and keeping. Tracking of internal production supplies.
  • Facility assistance to clients.
  • Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of stages and exterior.
  • Report and deal with emergencies.
  • Drive to make deliveries, drop off or pick up of equipment or other client needs.
  • Coordinate and communicate with other stage managers in preparation of clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of clients, staff, and studio information.
  • Assist other stage managers, maintenance team, and receptionist.
  • Troubleshoot, problem solve, source gear as necessary.
  • Perform basic handyman duties.
  • Performs other jobrelated duties as needed.

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of prior experience in a similar role.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment.
  • Knowledge of Grip and Lighting equipment.
  • Must be flexible on shift times and locations. This is for a closing shift but can vary based on production.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with management, clients, and team members.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must be willing to physically perform maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating accuracy in the execution.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and multi
- task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be reliable, professional and possess good judgment.
  • Ability to perform all duties in a safe manner and in alignment with Company policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and excellent driving record.

  • North Valley (Can vary depending on production needs at different locations

Locations include:
Griffith Park, Pacoima, Sylmar & Panorama City)


Position Type:

  • Activities include regularly working in outside weather conditions, exposure to extremes of temperature, visibility, wet and/or humid conditions and vibrations. Noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Dust, mechanical hazards, moving objects, operating vehicle, and shift work.

Compensation:


  • Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role is
    $ $28.00 per hour.


The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment.

In compliance with the California Law, a potential new employee's salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.

Quixote Studios reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above
