Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Officer to join our team.
The Escrow Officer/ Branch Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the escrow process, ensuring a smooth and efficient closing for our clients.
Duties:
- Oversee the entire escrow process from opening to closing
- Review and interpret contracts, commitments, and lender instructions
- Prepare settlement statements and closing documents
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate a timely closing
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements
- Handle any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the escrow process
Experience:
- Strong knowledge of escrow procedures and practices
- Experience in handling escrow transactions from start to finish
- Proficiency in basic math and 10key typing
- Familiarity with TILA, Fair Housing regulations, underwriting, and credit analysis
- Previous experience as a loan officer or in financial services is a plus
- Knowledge of loan origination processes and math skills are beneficial
Pay:
$ $39.00 per hour
