A challenging task

  • You understand the heat and energy solution business, analyze the market, and know what solutions are needed even before our customers do. Based on this, you work with the management team to develop a comprehensive sales strategy for e.distherm.
  • Through targeted market development (including in the area of municipal heat transition) and customer-specific application/product marketing, you and your team continuously expand the company's competitive success.
  • As Sales Manager, you are a pioneer. You design structures, processes, and interfaces and lead your employees through support and motivation.
  • You are responsible for the interfaces to our existing customers and also take on the personal on-site management of customer relationships and retention in the large customer segment, as well as supporting sales staff in challenging contract negotiations.
  • You implement comprehensive sales control. For this, you plan the economic development of the business and set clear targets and structured KPIs for the entire sales process. You achieve the sales targets and derive appropriate development measures.
  • In your role, you act as a link and control point between our sales cooperation partners, municipal management, and our sales team. You also take on a representative role for e.distherm at public events.
