- Yardi Corrections and Questions
- Approval of Security Deposit Refunds/Invoices (Check for Compliance & Timely Process)
- Assist w/ Decisions on Evictions and Collections
- Assist w/ Due Diligence of New Acquisitions and Dispositions (File Audits, Hiring, Yardi Set Up, Site Visit, Etc.)
- Assist w/ Implementation of New Practices (Policies & Procedures)
- Assist w/ New Hires (Recruitment, Interviews, Screening, etc.)
- Assist w/ Portfolio Delinquency Reviews (Corrections/Adjustments & Charge Reversals)
- Assist w/ Portfolio Renewal Reviews
- Assist w/ Portfolio Reviews (Corrections/Adjustments & Late Fee Charge Reversals)
- Assist w/ Resident Events (Coordination of Events, etc.)
- Assist w/ Training & Development & Onboarding of new employees
- Attend Management Meetings/Calls
- Assist w /Budget Preparation and Variance Reporting
- Closing of Books; GPR Reviews, Adjustments and Submissions
- Conservice/YES Energy On Boarding Reviews; Audits, Reviews, Recapturing
- Decisions on Evictions and Collections
- Due Diligence of New Acquisitions and Dispositions (File Audits, Hiring, Yardi Set Up, Site Visit, Etc.)
- Oversee Manager Bi-Weekly Forum
- Property Contract Services Record Keeping
- Property Coverage; as needed
- Review Budgets for Variances
- Review P&L
- Tenant Relations; Conflict Resolution/Follow Ups/ etc.
- Utilities Services (Closing of Bills & Opening of New Accounts)
- Vendor Bill Dispute
- Other projects as necessary.
- Yardi experience
- Must have current 35 years of recent Apartment Property Manager experience
- Experience with renovations and capital improvements is a plus
- Regional Manager experience a HUGE plus
- Amazing customer service skills
- Adaptable to the ever changing needs of a community and growing company

Pay:
$95, $110,000.00 per year
