Description

As a consultant, you will work with us on a variety of projects, ranging from short-term assistance to complex, multi-month and holistic implementation projects for clients in any industry or business sector in Mecca.

Responsibilities

Analysis and evaluation of customer inquiries regarding process topics
Designing solutions for customer inquiries
Guiding our clients through the entire lifecycle (from gathering requirements to project completion)
Project initiation and management for individual customer projects
Implementation of requests using web-based process mapping applications
Participation in internal and external training sessions
Participation in events and conferences on specialized topics.

Qualifications

Completed degree in information technology, business informatics or similar
Professional experience in project business (with and without responsibility) with clients
Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to understand and evaluate customer requirements
Process training in one of the following process frameworks:
- ITIL
- Agile software development (SCRUM, KANBAN, SCRUMBAN, LEAN SCRUM, etc.)
- CISSP, CISO or other relevant security certification
- ISO ISMS
- Data
