    Description
    Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their sales department and operations. This client is well established, family owned and is one of the largest manufactures in their industry. They have a great company culture, are financially stable and have an excellent benefits package.

    Description

    • Order entry of new customer orders
    • Audit purchase orders
    • Process invoices for orders shipped
    • Direct phone contact with customers
    • Resolve complaints and report any shipping discrepancies to management
    • Maintain and update customer files
    Requirements

    -2 years of customer service/order entry experience in manufacturing or other production company

    • High School diploma and at least 1 year of college or equivalent
    • Strong knowledge with 10 key, Word and Excel
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Goal orientated, a self starter and excellent people skills
