Portfolio Services Associate 2Who we are looking for
Why this role is important to us
Position will interact and provide support to numerous teams and departments within the organization, including Portfolio Services, Transaction Management, Performance, Reconciliation, and many others
The role is client facing, including answering queries from clients over the phone or in writing, working with the COOs to provide timely and accurate responses to ad-hoc client queries, participating in client meetings and representing the business unit.

Performs work independently and analyzes and recommends solutions to complex and non-routine issues and special projects. Develops processes, procedures and controls. Handles regular independent interaction with client contacts. Focus of job on performing complex tasks and providing business and technical expertise in support of multiple clients. Acts as an advisor to other areas of the organization.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in finance, accounting, or economics _or_ equivalent work experience in finance or accounting
- 13 plus years related industry experience including operational experience
- Working knowledge of Domestic and International financials and related instruments
- Understanding of investment operations

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good time management, organizational skills and a collaborative approach
- Ability to develop business relationships within and outside the organization
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and problems solving skills
- Ability to multitask, balance workload and work in a deadline oriented position
- Industry relevant qualifications, e.g. CFA, Series optional.
- Knowledge of order management systems, e.g. CRD desirable.
- Clear communication skills to audiences of different levels of seniority.
- Must be selfmotivated, adaptable and show initiative in different circumstances and under pressure.
- Flexibility in working outside of your responsibilities and areas of expertise
- Structured Query Language optional.

Salary Range:
$43,680 - $62,400 Annual
