We are currently seeking a

*Sales Representative (m/f/d), Full-time*for our subsidiary *Energie & Service Manufaktur GmbH & Co. KG* at our location in *Essen*.

*Your responsibilities
  • Active telephone sales of mineral oil and complementary products and services, both inbound and outbound
  • Telephone customer acquisition and consultation on offered products, services, and customer management measures
  • Implementation of sales and marketing measures
  • Input and maintenance of all customer information in the ERP system
  • Preparation of offers and orders, including pre-disposition
  • Gathering regional market information for analysis of competition behavior and as a basis for pricing
  • Support in handling customer complaints
*Your profile
  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. office management, industrial or wholesale and foreign trade management)
  • Strong sales and customer orientation, preferably with industry knowledge
  • Experience in telephone sales
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word or Excel)
  • Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented and independent working style
