Wright Technical Services is working with a Fortune 500client that is seeking a skilled and experienced reliability engineer to join their team.

As a reliability engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of their products and systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential issues, improve processes, and optimize designs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous improvement and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties
Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze data related to product performance, equipment reliability, and process efficiency
Develop reliability models and simulations to predict system performance and identify potential failure modes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize processes that enhance product reliability and operational efficiency
Investigate and identify root causes of failures or performance issues and develop solutions to address them
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability, reduce downtime, and improve overall product performance
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential reliability risks and develop mitigation strategies
Maintain detailed documentation of reliability analyses, processes, and improvement initiatives
Provide training and support to teams on reliability engineering principles, tools, and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to drive reliability initiatives and achieve business objectives
Perform general duties as assigned and assist in other areas as workload requires
Requirements
B.S. in Engineering or related field
Proven experience in reliability engineering, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and techniques
Proficiency in reliability modeling and simulation software
Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and reliability engineering principles
Experience with process development and optimization
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform root cause analysis
