Senior IT/SAP Consultant (m/f/d)

The Company

Our client has been an established player in the field of information technology for over 10 years and operates as a certified SAP partner for the electricity and gas market. The company has extensive experience in developing, implementing, and operating standardized and customized software solutions for companies in the utilities industry. Their clients range from global corporations to medium-sized companies and public authorities.

To strengthen their team, the company is looking for a Senior IT/SAP Consultant (m/f/d) who will independently support their clients.

The Role

  • Managing the client base in regards to standardized and proprietary SAP software solutions
  • Comprehensive customer consulting on new SAP solutions or process adjustments and optimizations
  • Semi-annual analysis and conception of new business processes in accordance with changes in regulations by the Federal Network Agency and resulting patch changes
  • Responsibility for the sales process from customer inquiry to contract negotiation
  • Content support in creating offers
  • Project management
  • Implementation of solutions for SAP S/4HANA Utilities in customer projects
  • Implementation and customization of solutions in line with customer requirements
  • Training customers in person or via webinars
  • Post-sales support for customers
