- Proactively provide accurate and timely communications with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process, ensuring topnotch candidate experience.
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external recruiting partners.
- Operate with a sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize, organize, and manage time effectively and efficiently.
- Drive process improvement, strategy, and development across our business.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and a robust serviceoriented culture.
- Perform full lifecycle recruiting of cleared and uncleared talent.
- Develop and execute proactive and creative sourcing strategies.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand specific needs and requirements.
- Coordinate and conduct phone screens with candidates to ensure their eligibility and suitability.
- Maintain accurate records and notes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidates and requisitions.
- Identify leads, nurture relationships, and address customer needs to facilitate the acquisition of new clients.
- Execute effective sales and marketing strategies and differentiate Vision IT from its competitors.
- Grasp market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Understand and leverage basic financial principles such as budgeting, cost management, and profitability for project planning, resource allocation, and decisionmaking.
