- Ensure accurate and timely entry of receipt and inventory transactions in Oracle and related systems.
- Track TPC Inventory movements to maintain an up-to-date record supporting Daily and Monthly Material Balances in Oracle.
- Coordinate and provide support for suppliers, serving as the primary contact for feedstock receipts and building strong client relationships.
- Keep a detailed summary of Tank, Railcar, Truck, Pipeline, and Marine Inventory at plant and external terminals to support various teams.
- Address supplier concerns and inquiries, resolving them directly or through collaboration with team members.
- Follow proper procedures for receiving and documentation to ensure smooth invoice processing.
- Monitor receipt delays and update statuses in Oracle and scheduling applications.
- Utilize Oracle queries and reports for data analysis to enhance Supply Chain processes and accuracy, coordinating with manufacturing as needed.
- Act as a backup for fellow Inventory Specialists.
- Identify and support the implementation of standard processes to optimize feedstock and finished goods transactions.
- Drive supply chain improvement initiatives and support month-end financial activities.
- May require occasional availability outside regular hours for month-end tasks.
- Periodically update preloaded railcars for Customer Service on weekends/holidays (~1-hour task).
- 3-5 years of experience in science, business, or related technical fields.
- ERP system experience, preferably in Oracle.
- Demonstrate Initiative and self-motivation.
- Excel in a detail-oriented, multi-tasking environment.
- Apply company policies effectively to address various issues.
- Build strong internal and external relationships.
- Enhance knowledge of the organization, processes, and customer base.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills across different organizational levels.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems, especially Oracle.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Chemical/Petrochemical/Refining industries.

POSITION SUMMARYThe Inventory Specialist position offers a great opportunity for individuals with a background in Logistics, Supply Chain, and ERP systems. This role is part of the Order Fulfillment Team and involves managing feedstock receipts and tracking TPC Inventory across various locations. Working closely with Production Planning, Logistics, and Commercial teams, this position calls for candidates with a positive attitude, a preference for dynamic environments, and a drive to make a difference.
