We are looking for a process technician for plastic and rubber technology with a focus on molded parts / machine setter / plastic technician (m/f/d) 3-shift

Your tasks

Setting up and equipping injection molding machines, robot systems and tools
Monitoring and controlling the injection molding processes for optimal part quality
Independently conducting trials of new tools and accompanying new projects until series production starts
Troubleshooting
Recording and documenting all necessary operational and quality data
Active participation in the optimization of work and machine processes
Ensuring sufficient maintenance and care of machines, systems and tools
Compliance with work and fire safety regulations
Maintaining order and cleanliness

Your profile

Completed vocational training as a process technician for plastic and rubber technology with a focus on molded parts, also open to career changers with experience as a machine setter
Professional experience in injection molding, especially in the production of small and large parts
Experience in a similar position
Attention to detail and accuracy as well as a team-oriented working style
Independent, precise and conscientious work
Sense of order and cleanliness and its implementation
