Our Team is currently looking for a Field Supervisor to supervise and coordinate on-the-ground team members with new smart meter upgrades.

The individual must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a deep commitment to safety and quality assurance.

The Field Supervisor assists the Field Operations Manager ("FOM") in managing, controlling, and coordinating the activities of an installation team for electric projects.

The Field Supervisor is responsible for managing 8-10 technicians and reports directly to the Field Operations Manager. Company Truck and phone provided for use during working hours.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring production quotas are met by technicians while using safe operating practices.
Time management of staff to ensure lowest possible labor costs.
Managing quality of installs
Handheld workflow issue resolution
Retraining if required.
Field issue resolution that occurs daily, and/or handling of customer service issues.
Carrying out project plans, schedules, and budgets as instructed by FOM and in the scope of the project.
Supervising, mentoring, providing continual training, and counseling of field installation employees.
Handling risk assessment and action.
Ensuring safety guidelines are always followed.
Assisting with employee scheduling and submitting time sheets.
Utilizing best practices knowledge to assist in development and implementation of tools, policies, and procedures to increase the effectiveness of the company objectives.
Serving as liaison between field personnel and project management team.
Monitoring inventory and communicating inventory needs to FOM.
Performing other duties as assigned.
100% Travel (Location Onsite)

Requirements:

2 years of supervisory experience in a similar field.
Must consent to a drug test, background check and motor vehicle records check
Possess solid leadership abilities, admirable organizational skills and excellent management and communication capabilities.
MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint knowledge

Pay:
$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
