Salary is commensurate with experience.

Preferred/ Required Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service

Understanding of order processing and timelines

Ability to learn product information and develop a rapport with customers

Good organization and time management skills. Ability to multi task and adhere to timelines

Team player with a customer-oriented approach

Excellent communication and people skills

Experience/ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Quickbooks

Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts in assigned territory

Process orders, perform inventory checks, communicate order confirmation, obtain approvals and prepare shipping paperwork

Obtain quotes for shipping rates and send timely notifications of order status to customer

Process replacements, exchanges, returns and warranty requests

Maintain daily checklist of open orders and stay on top of follow ups

Support regional sales representatives and customers in providing product information

Work in QuickBooks to notate customer transactions

Represent company values and adhere to policies under CSR manager
