Located in the heart of the Friedehorster Campus in Bremen-Lesum, our special care facility Promente is dedicated to meeting the needs of individuals with various forms of dementia, including Alzheimer's.

We provide care for 74 residents with a focus on their individual life stories. Our goal is to promote independence by utilizing their existing resources and activating them.

Providing professional and activating care for our clients

We expect the following from you:

You have completed training as a geriatric nurse, health and nursing care professional, nursing specialist, or pediatric nurse

Great, but not required:
experience in the field of psychiatry or gerontopsychiat
