- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong knowledge of Data Science mathematical and statistical principles.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts and implications effectively to non-technical business partners.
- High energy and a sense of urgency to deliver results, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously & meet deadlines.
- Capability to anticipate and prevent project roadblocks before they occur.
- Familiarity with working in an Agile framework.
- Intangibles: Typical that we look for; leadership qualities, proactive, collaborative, polished/professional.
- Experience with Palantir Foundry or Tableau
- Strong understanding of health care industry, products, and systems.
- Hands-On Technical Experience:
- Programming in SQL and Python
- Data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau)
- Building machine learning and/or optimization models.
- Spark/PySpark.
- Cloud Distributed-Computing Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure Databricks, etc.)
- Querying/Mining large datasets and deploying projects on cloud systems.
- Knowledge of Git for version control.
