Magna Exteriors, a business unit of Magna International Inc., is a global automotive supplier that covers the entire spectrum of exterior components.

At our locations in Meerane and Leipzig, we specialize in the production of bumpers for renowned automotive manufacturers. Here, around 400 employees work to supply our customers just-in-sequence.


Meerane | Full-time | Starting as soon as possible

This is your job with us:

  • Technical and disciplinary team leadership and development
  • Planning, implementation and optimization of the entire information, production and material flow
  • Coordination with production areas including all topics such as packaging, transportation, conveyor technology, storage/technology, production facilities and layout design
  • Responsible for project/subproject management of all industrialization projects in the plant
  • Contact person for service providers, suppliers and customers in industrialization projects
  • Evaluation of change processes in terms of their cost relevance and preparation of corresponding calculations
  • Establishment, implementation and management of process structures according to QMS
  • Development of work and process instructions

This is how you fit in with us:

  • Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering or comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry
  • Independent, structured, proactive and teamoriented way of working
  • Commitment and assertiveness
  • Resilience and leadership experience
  • Knowledge of SAP modules desirable
  • Negotiable German and English skills in spoken and written form
