Description

What can you expect?

  • You will advise and support building owners and coordinate, lead and accompany the various project participants across trades
  • You will plan and coordinate commissioning processes for buildings in accordance with VDI 6039 and Heft 19 of the AHO specialist commission
  • You will provide conceptual support in preparing optimized processes for building operation
  • You will perform technical monitoring in accordance with VDI 6041 and AMEV 158 and ensure the quality and functionality of building services systems
  • You will organize trainings, inspections and handovers of building services systems

What should you bring?

  • You have a degree in technical building equipment, supply engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable course of study
  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of building automation, TGA object monitoring or TGA plant construction
  • You are familiar with relevant regulations and current procurement, construction and planning law
  • You are interested in innovation, digitalization and sustainability
  • You are proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Project, and have English and/or French language skills (corresponding to level B2)
  • You are proactive, committed and performance-oriented, as well as a team player and strong communicator
