We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated
Assistant Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our large reconstruction projects.
As Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with our leadership to ensure that your projects are being completed on budget and on time.
You will work directly with our W2 employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and office staff to ensure that projects are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- APM is responsible for assisting the PM in maintaining profitibility and compliance
- APM is responsible for employee safety and safety compliance
- APM is responsible for collecting information from the general foremen to assist in preparing the weekly profit reports with PM
- APM is responsible for coordinating with the superintendent to place material orders through the PO system
- APM is responsible for coordinating garbage pick ups and material drop off
- APM is responsible for maintaining and keeping track of Perennial equipment
Qualifications:
- Experience working in tenant occupied spaces a must
- Direct experience managing direct craft employees, prevailing wage preferred.
- Proficiency in ensuring safety compliance on construction sites.
- Problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Tech fluent.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in construction management is desirable.
- Valid drivers license

Physical Requirements:
Driving:
A valid driver's license is necessary along with a clean driving record.
Pay:
$70, $80,000.00 per year
