The Gulf Hills, MS branch of the Workers' Welfare Association Münsterland-Recklinghausen is a provider of social welfare services.

With around 7,000 volunteer members and 2,500 full-time employees, we offer social services in the areas of senior and disability assistance, child, youth and family assistance, as well as migration and active labor market policies.


The Workers' Welfare Association in the Münsterland-Recklinghausen branch is the provider of over 70 childcare facilities for approximately 4,000 children aged from under two years to school age.

They are also a place for parents to find support and guidance on parenting and child development.

All facilities have a strong focus on the local community and offer accessible information, counseling, and support services for all parents.


Job Description:


Managing a six-group childcare facility according to the AWO leadership principles and the guidelines of the KiBiz, including administrative tasks, cooperation with the provider, team, parents, and other institutions in the local community.

Hours: 39.0 hours per week


Requirements:


Commitment, flexibility, resilience, teamwork and communication skills, knowledge of managing and leading a family center, enthusiasm and continuation of the facility's educational and pedagogical direction.
