Stand Together Ventures Lab (STVL) is seeking a world-class Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) to join us in building a game-changing venture in Health Care.

STVL is an investment firm and venture studio fueled by the belief that entrepreneurs hold the key to solving society's greatest challenges. We partner with exceptional founders to build high-impact startups in education, future of work, health care, and economic prosperity.
The Opportunity:
We're currently seeking an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) to partner with in building a venture-backed company that addresses an unmet need in health care. As an EIR at STVL, you'll be at the forefront of building a startup that shifts the business of health care with a vision for long-term impact and financial returns. Your entrepreneurial experience and expertise will drive the creation and valuation of a new venture from ideation to successful spin-out. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll build your own venture within the supportive environment of our studio.

We don't think there is one silver bullet to health care, but we are looking for partners that want to dig in and start building solutions that show better is possible.

Applying for the EIR role is a preliminary step toward potentially joining us at the upcoming Alignment Retreat in Nashville, TN, from July 30th to August 1st, where you'll be invited to explore:

The retreat brings together 15 of the highest potential tech and product leaders who are considering building new solutions for health care. Past participants at similar events have included senior AI leadership from Meta, OpenAI, and Stripe. Nationally recognized leaders in health care and investment will support the journey, fostering unparalleled networking and collaboration opportunities.
Beyond the Retreat
The retreat is our primary way to learn more about you and vice-versa. Post-retreat, we will be engaging in select conversations for bespoke EIR support, focusing on:
Selection and Timeline:
We will notify you of your interview outcome by June 17th. Our goal is to select 15 fellows for the retreat and subsequent support, shaping the future of health care innovation.
If the retreat doesn't align with your current interests or schedule, we're open to discussing alternative ways to engage with our network and resources.
