Description
For our client based in Mönchengladbach, we are currently looking for a Sales Clerk (m/f/d) in direct placement starting immediately.
YOUR TASKS:
- Intensive communication between you, the construction department, and production regarding availability and compliance with standards
- Preparation of offers and processing of customer inquiries via telephone and email
- Participation in optimizing and digitalizing sales processes
- Regular customer support (via telephone and email) in German and English
- Preparation and participation in sales events, promotions, and trade fairs
- Establishment and acquisition of new customers and sales partners in German
- Working with ERP systems and MS Office products
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent
- Professional experience in the above-mentioned areas is desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Basic technical understanding
- Confident and friendly demeanor
- Good knowledge of English
