Worldwide Hospitals (WWH) is set to begin operations at its East Honolulu plant in the first quarter of 2024. In order to achieve this ambitious goal, the areas of ship development and refurbishment, container development and production, as well as the definition of medical procedures, have been tackled through a combination of in-house activities and subcontractors. The IT department plays a crucial role in enabling operations and efficient processes. This includes all tasks and measures specialized in hardware and software, and carried out for the monitoring, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems. They act as the interface between the company and organizations, and take care of the technical infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the IT Team Lead include:

Delegating duties and tasks within the IT department

Reviewing completed tasks for compliance with standards

Monitoring all team members and providing necessary advice and guidance

Conducting regular risk assessments and initiating risk control strategies

Organizing regular seminars and training sessions to educate team members on new techniques and methods

Keeping up-to-date with trends in the constantly evolving information technology industry

Conducting regular IT audits to identify and address vulnerabilities

Collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals and visions
