Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Generate customer invoices and statements
  • Monitor outstanding balances
  • Process vendor invoices and purchase orders
  • Work with customers and vendors to ensure payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist the accounting department with backlog and coverage for employee leave.

Qualifications:


  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt, stay organized, and prioritize
  • Selfmotivated and independent with the ability to communicate workload with management.
  • Demonstrate professional written communication.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills required.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel (i.e., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, nested formulas, Solver addin utilities)

Accounting experience and college degree required.

Education:


  • Associate (required)

Experience:


  • Accounting: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Dover, NH required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Dover, NH 03820: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
