Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Generate customer invoices and statements
- Monitor outstanding balances
- Process vendor invoices and purchase orders
- Work with customers and vendors to ensure payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist the accounting department with backlog and coverage for employee leave.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt, stay organized, and prioritize
- Selfmotivated and independent with the ability to communicate workload with management.
- Demonstrate professional written communication.
- Strong computer and analytical skills required.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel (i.e., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, nested formulas, Solver addin utilities)
Accounting experience and college degree required.
Education:
- Associate (required)
Experience:
- Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Dover, NH required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Dover, NH 03820: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
