    **Internal Sales Associate**

    **Castle Biosciences Inc.** i**s growing, and we are looking to hire a full-time Internal Sales Associate working from our Friendswood, TX location, with a preferred start date of March 16, 2022. This position earns a competitive base pay plus an annual bonus, as well as company, restricted stock units (RSUs). We also offer exceptional benefits, including medical, dental, vision, an employer match of 100% on 6% of the employee's contribution in a retirement plan, 10 paid holidays including Good Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve, plus, 20 days of paid time off (PTO) earned incrementally after each payroll (no "use it or lose it" policy), and an annual performance review with the possibility of a raise commensurate with market and performance indicators.     **A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INTERNAL SALES ASSOCIATE**

    As an Internal Sales Associate, you are the face of our company with both ordering physicians and hospitals. You will make outbound calls and have excellent communication skills to qualify leads in the initial stages of the sales cycle. You are responsible for reaching out to potential and current clinicians to provide information and updates on our proprietary line of innovative skin cancer tests. You will nurture ongoing working relationships with internal Area Managers and current customers and assist in developing new ordering relationships. Handling administrative work combined with working collaboratively and effectively with the field sales organization.

    You will manage and document your weekly and monthly metrics and meet or exceed quarterly sales goals. You will communicate daily and coordinate meetings with clinicians and Area Managers. This position is rewarding because, with every interaction you have, you are helping to improve the health outcomes for patients with dermatologic cancers

    **QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN INTERNAL SALES ASSOCIATE**

    Minimum 3-5 years' experience in inside sales or other telemarketing experience.

    Strong time management skills, being able to prioritize and divide time amongst several tasks

    Familiarity with office software and phone systems

    Possess a professional phone voice, phone etiquette, and sales qualifying skills

    Ability to learn our service and product

    Prior pharmaceutical, internal sales, or medical office experience is a big plus

    **WORK SCHEDULE**

    This full-time biotech job typically works **Monday - Friday, and hours vary slightly between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** at our home office in Friendswood, TX.
