Your tasks

Planning, organizing and implementing our national and international trade fair appearances, workshops, conferences or other event formats, together with the specialist departments
Leadership and development of the trade fair team (logistics and administrative processing)
Support in strategic trade fair planning and budgeting
Creative collaboration with our product management and sales, trade fair builders, advertising agencies and other service providers, as well as close contact with trade fair companies and organizers
Organizational preparation and followup of events: coordination with event venues/hotels, service providers, exhibitors and sponsors
Planning, monitoring and accounting of budgets, monitoring of payment flows
Continuous development of our brand, trade fair appearance and trade fair organization

Your qualifications

Completed degree in business administration with a focus on trade fair, congress and/or event management or comparable commercial training with relevant experience
