Time commitment:
Varies depending on the client's needs, typically 8-12 hours per day


Location:
This is an IN-PERSON job, you will be assigned to clients within your area (Fairfax, Herndon, Leesburg, Vienna, and Centreville, Virginia highly preferred)


Payment:
This is a PAID job, you will receive a competitive hourly wage and overtime and work-performance bonuses.

A "Personal Care Aide Training Curriculum," 2003 edition, of the Department of Medical Assistance Services training by Arya Home Healthcare will be provided, if you do not have a proper HHA licensure.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and ability to commute to and from client's home, and pass a background check (provided and paid for by Arya Home Healthcare), and obtain a proper HHA Aide licensure (you can obtain one from our agency or from another agency).

Key Competencies/Success Factors

• Ambulation: physically assisting a client who otherwise would be unable to move about independently.
• Eating: includes hand feeding a patient who is incapable of selffeeding.
• Personal hygiene: which includes bathing the patient.
• Toileting: assisting a patient to go to and from toileting facilities and in the activities of toileting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work with clients
• Ability to adapt to different situations and personalities
• Farsi, Urdu, Hindi speakers welcome
