Description

We are currently looking for a Shift Leader (m/f/d) to join our Kamps team at Düsseldorf Central Station on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Shift Leader (m/f/d), your responsibilities will include: * Providing excellent customer service while selling food, specialty coffees, and beverages.

* Ensuring a smooth shift operation with your team.

* Supporting the Team Leader in maintaining our quality standards, conducting inventories, and being a listening ear for your colleagues.

* Monitoring sales and cash handling.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is desirable but not mandatory, as we provide training.
  • Basic computer skills for using our time tracking system and cash register.
