Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Communications Support: Assist in preparing marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and communicating with clients and partners to support the director's marketing and communications strategy.

Scheduling and Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements, ensuring optimal time management.

Organization: Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring that all materials and documents are filed correctly and are easily accessible.

Light Cleaning: Ensure the director's office and immediate working area are tidy and presentable, including light cleaning and organizing tasks as needed.

Project Support: Assist with special projects, providing research, coordination, and support to ensure successful execution.

Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information encountered in the course of work.


Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED):


  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office, and experience with social media platforms.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • High school diploma required; further education or certification in administrative services or a related field is preferred.
