    **Warehouse Specialist**

    **Supply Chain - Philadelphia, PA - Full Time**

    Responsible to ensure the safe and compliant reception of raw materials, goods, and patient materials into the company, through manufacturing transformed, and back into the patient.

    **Key Responsibilities**

    Safely unpack and evaluate incoming product for correct count and condition in comparison to purchase orders.

    Bin and shelf inventory maintenance and stock rotationincluding shelf counts, short shelf life and expired product audits.

    Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are maintained.

    Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate heavy work volumes.

    Fill in gaps for manufacturing process, where needed. (i.e., running materials, samples, manufacturing material transfer, clearing the rooms of bio-hazardous waste, operating equipment, etc.).

    Material handling and transfer person to aid in organizing the warehouse, keeping an up-to-date inventory, continuing to label the warehouse and GMP areas, keeping cycle counts, responsible for unloading pallets and organizing them according to department and use.

    Transferring materials from the warehouse to the GMP areas aseptically.

    Organizing the materials inside GMP areas and keeping enough cleaning/gowning supplies inside the GMP area to last the majority of a week

    Keeping the gowning areas fully stocked each day and reporting low amounts to facilities personnel for ordering more.

    Follow good documentation practices (cGMP).

    **Qualifications & Experience**

    High school education or equivalent

    Experience with electronic systems such as ERP, inventory management, and/or manufacturing systems.

    Ability to be on your feet for up to 3 consecutive hours

    Physically willing and able to lift, pull and tug products weighing up to 55 lbs.

    Ability to operate a pallet jack

    Able to manage multiple priorities

    **Desirable**

    At least 6 months of warehouse experience.

    Strong organizational and project planning skills.

    Ability to operate a pallet forklift
