    Responsibilities:

    • Perform complex serologic and molecular HLA testing.
    • Analyze test results and maintain test equipment.
    • Monitor inventory and perform quality control of reagents.
    • Process cells and sera while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Baccalaureate Degree in Medical Technology or a biological science.
    • California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license or limited license as required.
    • No prior HLA testing experience needed for New Graduates from CLS training.
    • 2 years of experience preferred for Limited CLS License in HLA.
