Behavioral Health Manager
The Behavioral Health Manager will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative oversight of the Behavioral Health program. This position will ensure that the program meets all applicable standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage Case Managers

Act as the Mental Health Treatment Coordinator
Directly supervise Case Managers for residential programs and other specialized program staff
Review and sign clients' Individual Housing and Employment Plans and Mental Health treatment plans
Ensure appropriate supervision of nonclinical/nonlicensed Contractor staff
Liaise with onsite treatment providers
Utilize clinical judgment and collaborate with the team
Monitor Case Manager caseloads and ensure confidential client record maintenance
Implement relevant clinicallybased Case Management processes
Supervise the treatment curriculum for client groups or classes
Conduct periodic case file reviews and provide guidance to Case Management staff
Facilitate weekly clinical and Case Management meetings
Coordinate and create a yearly training schedule for all site staff
Provide monthly educational training to all staff on different clinical expertise
Analyze reporting and note programmatic trends for strategic planning
Coordinate all discharges and sign off for completion
Other tasks as required

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
2+ years of experience in Behavioral Health.
Must have a valid driver's license and meet company insurance requirements
