Description

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a Quality Inspector for Vehicle Cleaning (m/f/d) for DB Regio AG at the Düsseldorf or Cologne location.
Your tasks:

With expertise, you check the quality of cleaning in trains and the work results of service providers according to agreed criteria
You document the test results with mobile data collection devices using software
In case of deviations from the quality standard, you initiate measures to ensure process quality and a customer-oriented appearance
You participate in the creation of quality reports, the identification and analysis of weaknesses, and the continuous improvement process
Communication with clients and service providers of vehicle cleaning is part of your tasks
You independently and reliably organize your work on site and coordinate with the team

Your profile:

You have successfully completed vocational training and have experience in vehicle or building cleaning
You have the willingness and ability to acquire further necessary knowledge
You participate in regular training and information events
Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
You have good knowledge of German
