YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You support the station management as a deputy in a management team
  • You actively and responsibly contribute to the smooth running of operations for the benefit of patients, taking into account economic considerations
  • Co-responsibility for independent and professional care of patients as well as participation in process- and goal-oriented treatment
  • Co-responsibility for compliance with standardized treatment and care concepts, based on the latest nursing science findings
  • Support in complying with regulations, hygiene guidelines, as well as safety and accident prevention regulations
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with other stations, departments, and cooperation partners
  • Implementation of constructive and cooperative employee management to maintain employee motivation and job satisfaction
  • Participation in shift planning and personnel disposition

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed vocational training in the medical field (e.g. health and nursing care professional, also with a bachelor's or other university degree)
  • Ideally several years of professional experience as (deputy) station management and enjoyment of leading employees
  • Extensive experience in cardiological diagnostics and intervention
  • High motivation and organizational skills in a team, as well as a great interest in shaping and restructuring work processes
