We are actively seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage tenant registration and needs at South Bay Marina and the Marine Education Center
- Manage all housing facilities including access, usage and household inventory
- Manage all community sponsorships and event participation
- Maintain calendars for property tours and onsite educational events
- Organize and maintain key files including leases, subleases, permits, regulatory permits, etc.
- Manage vehicle and boat maintenance, insurance and registrations
- Manage PTO tracking and coordination with Payroll personnel
- Support board meeting preparations, including printed materials and events
- Coordinate and organize business meetings and arrange for meals, as needed
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services at all facilities
- Maintain office supplies and kitchen inventory, and place orders as necessary
- Receive and process all incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage local facility utility accounts
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Vietnamese strongly preferred
