Description

• Manage tenant registration and needs at South Bay Marina and the Marine Education Center
• Manage all housing facilities including access, usage and household inventory
• Manage all community sponsorships and event participation
• Maintain calendars for property tours and onsite educational events
• Organize and maintain key files including leases, subleases, permits, regulatory permits, etc.
• Manage vehicle and boat maintenance, insurance and registrations
• Manage PTO tracking and coordination with Payroll personnel
• Support board meeting preparations, including printed materials and events
• Coordinate and organize business meetings and arrange for meals, as needed
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services at all facilities
• Maintain office supplies and kitchen inventory, and place orders as necessary
• Receive and process all incoming and outgoing mail
• Manage local facility utility accounts

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Vietnamese strongly preferred
