  • Checking incoming documents and booking all movements of all loading aid accounts
  • Management and reconciliation of loading aid accounts for assigned customers
  • Invoicing and billing of service costs according to specifications
  • Weekly inventory reports
  • Management of the WBG-Pooling customer center

WBG-Pooling GmbH & Co. KG, as part of RUNDEN Packaging & Logistics GmbH & Co. KG, is an innovative, medium-sized family business located in the Oldenburger Münsterland region.

As a Europe-wide pooling service provider for the food industry, we deal with all aspects of reusable transport packaging (RTP).

Our goal is to offer our customers a comprehensive concept for sustainable solutions to packaging and logistics problems. Our services include the provision of RTPs, pooling, cleaning, distribution, and recycling. All services are in line with the principles of circular economy.

We are currently looking for a new team member to further expand our RTP management department.


Your tasks:


  • Checking incoming documents and booking all movements of all loading aid accounts
  • Management and reconciliation of loading aid accounts for assigned customers
  • Invoicing and billing of service costs according to specifications
  • Weekly inventory reports
  • Management of the WBG-Pooling customer center
