Customer Service Representative - Libertyville, United States - Tree and Landscaping Service

Description

• Act as a key point of contact with customers, by promoting customer relationships.
• Maintain and edit contracts with Customers and Management to ensure accuracy and follow through on agreed terms.
• Manage calendars and schedule appointments for estimates and any further work.
• Book client appointments and coordinate with crews and customers for site visits.
• Manage Ad hoc projects as they come up

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• Applicants must have strong customer service experience, have a good work ethic and be detail oriented
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service and client interface
• Excellent organizational skills and self driven
• Strong and pleasant phone contact handling skills with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
• Experience in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office (including outlook) and social media management
• Knowledge of tree work desired but not required

This job will require 30-40 hours per week and will be a remote position but initially will require some in-person training.
