- Responsible for providing technical analysis and documentation activities for applications across Supply Chain - Demand Planning domain area.
- Responsible for understanding how Demand Planning apps are used by business teams as a reference in discussing new enhancements.
- Collaborate and partner with business teams in firming up the business requirements document and/or jira stories.
- Collaborate and partner with engineering team on determining level of effort and ensuring objectives and requirements are met.
- Participate in testing of stories to validate requirements were met.
- Provide analytical support to assess feasibility of application enhancements.
- Act as POC for business, providing updates to stakeholders on the status of the request and assess feasibility of requests and identify solution to meet request requirements.
- Accountability of a request from beginning to end including UAT and business demo as required.
- Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities and styles.
- Must be a self-starter, team player and keen to explore new solutions.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field and 5+ years of related experience.
- 5-7 years working experience as a Product Specialist or Business Systems Analyst
- Excellent knowledge of SQL and large-scale data warehouse
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience working closely with product and business teams
- Demonstrated skills in data management, solving problems and able to work collaboratively within a team or independently.
- Strong negotiation skills when working with business users to develop requirements and defend systems capabilities.
- Strong collaboration skills while working with SME's, senior leaders, IT PMO and stakeholders to drive business analysis/user requirements.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a matrix management environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
