    We are building the first wealth tech data orchestration company. We sync client data across a financial advisor's tech stack, unlocking the efficiency of a fully-integrated software suite with the choice of tools that best fit their business. We are laser-focused on enabling the best technology experiences for advisors and unlocking the potential of the entire wealth tech software ecosystem. We're an experienced team of start-up operators with deep roots in both tech and advisory.

    Role overview:

    We're looking for an experienced backend engineer who can drive the development of our early product. As an early member of the team, you'll play a key role in shaping the product, developer experience, and team culture as we grow and scale. You'll take end-to-end ownership over the systems that you build and work collaboratively with our cross-functional team. Your work will have a material impact on the trajectory of the company.

    Where you'll make an impact:
    • Own and ship critical features across the core B2B product, integrations/external API, and platform.
    • Ensure that backend systems and services operate smoothly in production by triaging and resolving operational issues.
    • Help shape our engineering culture and process as we scale
    Requirements:
    • Strong track record of shipping high-quality systems with high complexity and scale.
    • Experience building high quality, delightful user-facing applications.
    • Experience working closely with a cross-functional product team.
    • Bias towards action and ownership - when you see a problem, you fix it.
    • Customer-centricyou are focused on creating the best customer experience possible.
    • Desire to work in an early stage, fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
    • Excited to primarily be an individual contributor with a ton of ownership.
    • Work well with Staff engineers and excited to grow your skill set.
    • 5-7 years of engineering experience.
    • Strong experience with Golang, SQL, and Terraform.
    You'll stand out if you have:
    • Fintech industry knowledge and experience.
    • Experience building with leading fintech APIs (Plaid, Stripe, etc).
    • Experience building APIs-as-a-product and/or B2B products.
    • Experience at seed/early-stage startups (eg, being a first-3 engineer at a company).
    • Previously started a company and/or launched personal projects.
