Accountabilities
- Engage with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into effective paid social strategies.
- Lead and manage a team of Paid Social Strategists, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Research and implement innovative tactics and trends in paid social media marketing.
- Utilize analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Stay abreast of industry standards, platform changes, and algorithm updates.
- Supervise the end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns, focusing on optimization and improvement.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Paid Social roles with a proven track record.
- Experience with platforms such as Meta and TikTok; other platforms like Pinterest and Snapchat are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use analytics tools effectively.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Sheets.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
