I have a 9-year-old beagle and 5 weeks ago we brought a dachshund puppy home. The beagle is having a hard time accepting the puppy and I don't want her to feel displaced, but she has been marking and even bit the puppy once. I would also like to train the dachshund in basic behaviors.
